How should I store my Clever Kombucha?
Please store your Clever Kombucha in the fridge. Because kombucha is alive it will continue to ferment. Keeping it in the fridge will slow down the fermentation process which = less chance of bubbling over.

What do I see in my Clever Kombucha?
Clever Kombucha is alive, raw, natural, unpasteurised and bottle conditioned. Therefore you may see deposits in your bottle of Clever Kombucha. These may include kombucha culture, yeast strands and sediment. All completely normal, safe to drink and signs of a healthy kombucha.
Does Clever Kombucha contain alcohol?
Like most fermented products Clever kombucha contains trace amounts of alcohol. However as it is such a small amount it is categorised as non-alcoholic.
Is Clever Kombucha fizzy?
Yes Clever Kombucha is naturally fizzy. We follow traditional methods of first and second fermentation. The fizz naturally occurs during the second fermentation process. We feel strongly about letting our kombucha create a natural fizz and we never force carbonate. Natural bubbles are better bubbles.
