WHO?

Canadian born Kelsey is the creative energy and flavour master behind Clever Kombucha. From a young age she has developed a culinary passion and is a self confessed health addicted foodie.

Alan is the man in charge of the all important number crunching and is available to lend a helping hand when it comes to any heavy lifting, maintenance or kombucha sampling.

Our master fermenter’s are really our SCOBY’s (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast). They work hard night and day to ferment our tea and create a natural effervescence along with an endless list of beneficial bacteria, probiotics and enzymes for you to benefit from.

We have tunnelled our creativity and desire for tasty ingredients to create a healthy beneficial drink that can be enjoyed any time of the day and also works well as a welcome addition to countless mixology recipes.
